Terms of Service
Last updated: September 7, 2026
About this document: deepscrape is published under the deepscrape brand. The legal entity, registered address and governing law are shown as clearly marked placeholders and must be completed by the operator before publication. This text is a starting point and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the deepscrape Service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
The Service is a web data collection and crawl orchestration platform that lets you configure, run and monitor extraction jobs and route results to supported AI and data destinations. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with notice where reasonably practicable.
3. Accounts
You must keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding access. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- collect data unlawfully, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- collect data in breach of a target website’s terms of service or technical access controls, or in a way that disrupts a target site;
- collect personal data without a lawful basis or the required consents and notices;
- attempt to access, probe or interfere with the Service itself beyond your authorised use;
- distribute malware, spam or content that infringes the rights of others.
You are solely responsible for what you collect and how you use it, and for ensuring your use of the Service is lawful.
5. Fees and payment
Paid features are billed in advance through our payment provider (Stripe) according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.
6. Your content and data
You retain all rights to the content and data you submit to or extract through the Service. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the Service, and you remain responsible for it.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, documentation and branding, is owned by deepscrape or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.
8. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party providers (for example, AI or language-model providers) that you choose. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that collected data will be complete or accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, deepscrape shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for conduct that harms the Service or others, or as required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing law and disputes
Governing law and jurisdiction: [jurisdiction to be completed by the operator]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions about these Terms can be sent via our contact page.
